Established in the cane-growing town of Edmonton in 1908, the historic Hambledon Hotel is a family owned pub that prides itself on giving a warm welcome to all. Fondly known as The Hambo, this traditional Queensland pub proudly boasts a large public bar with regular live entertainment, function options and comfortable TAB and Pokie facilities. It also offers the convenience of a drive through bottle shop seven days a week.
The Hambo hotel, purchased by the Piccone family in September 1994, is a big supporter of the local community. The Piccone family businesses combined contribute up to $200,000 per annum with generous support in time, effort and donations towards the Leukemia Foundation, the Cardiac Challenge as well as numerous schools, sporting groups and other charity organisations.
